If this sounds like the place for you, check out the job details below:We are currently seeking a sales/recruiting professional to run a ?split desk? selling our ?front office? Recruiter on Demand services and finding the best contingent recruiting talent.Qualifications:?Progressive track record in consultative selling ?Minimum of 3-5 years related experience preferably in sales or running both sides of a recruiting desk?Undergraduate degree is preferred-MBA is a plus?HR-related professional experience, outsourcing, or experience as a small business owner is highly preferred?Entrepreneurial traits such as confidence, and inquisitive nature, resilience, tenacity, high energy, self-reliance,independent thinking, a sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism?Experience using technology to track the sales process?Experience working with C-level decision-makers, a working understanding of revenue generation, return on sales, return on investment and selling a vision is beneficial.As part of our team, the successful Talent Acquisition Consultant will proactively and independently fulfill sales objectives of assigned territory to prospect, educate,sell, close and onboard new clients within specified pricing, risk and profit guidelines for HR consulting, Recruitment Outsourcing, Staffing and Outplacement, and manage assigned territory as entrepreneurial enterprise specializing in The CBI Group products and services that impact the people side of business.-Identify prospects, generate leads, contact prospects, develop requests for proposal, assist in coordinating and organizing networking events and participate in all aspects of the sales process -Establish prospect calling plans to identify and contact prospective clients, establish initial contacts and appointments, sell products and services and transform prospects into new clients-Communicate the three components of The CBI Group story (who we are, what we do, and how we build a client)-Lead prospects through sequential stages of awareness, education, interest, and closure-Attend and arrange networking events within assigned territory. Introduce The CBI Group and its products and services within a business framework to establish contacts, value and demand within the territory-Initiate a professional sales dialogue with prospects designed to identify prospect needs, inform prospect of products and services and establish a common basis to develop a client relationship -Under general supervision, negotiate terms, conditions and pricing relative to new client contracts and commitments-source, recruit, interview and close contract/contingent recruitment hires-partner with assigned field recruiters in client/account management-work on transition and reassignment of field recruiting talent-Maintain and update database information and call programs to ensure documentation and support for planning and evaluation purposes -Fulfill ongoing company education and training programs that focus on sales skills, products and services, automated systems and other tools and capabilities available to clients-Fulfill The CBI Group ethics, business practices, reporting, and legal compliance norms through ongoing oversight of assigned colleagues and related sales, client service, and other business actions-May require some travelQuite honestly, you?ll be doing a lot more than this, if you?re up for it.
